measurement automation explorer stops tracing

I have a customer that is using Measurement Automation Explorer to view Lookout data.

They are viewing 14 different points. 2 of the point stopped being availabe to the graphs.

The Lookout process still works fine.

On the traces tab the start/stop buttons are greyed out. I have tried to remove the traces and readd them.

Nothing I do will bring them back. They are still in the list of available object to be monitored.

Does anyoine have any ideas?

Here are some things I would check:

1.  What are the Start/End times for these traces in MAX, under Trace properties tab?

2.  Do you see the old data for these traces when you scroll back in time? 

3.  Do you get current data when you do an Export to Text? 

4.  If you add a brand new trace (say a dummy Potentiometer), do you get traces for this? 

Hope this gives you some ideas.
