password forgotten

Hi, Folks. Due to long delays (computer troubles & diminished workforce) developing new/improved monitoring system I can't find password for existing 4.51 Lookout. No password means I can't save changes or create additional process. Is there anyway to get old password or ignore the loss? If not, should I just dust off the 4.5 CD, download the program fixes, and start over? Thanks for thinking

You must call NI support.  They will be able to help you reset the password.
