web access failed, message

When attempting to access client a process through the web (in this case, intranet), using lookout player, message appears "Unable to download Lookout ActiveXControl from the indicated location (http://computername/processname.htm/Lookout/Lookout5007.ocx)

You need to install IIS (Internet Information Service) on your server machine. You can do this by going to: Control Panel >> Add/Remove Programs >> Add/Remove Windows Components and selecting IIS. This will allow your server machine to "serve" the required information.
