why the size of output vector becomes double then the input time/input vector, when loaded in Xmath back the output file generated by standalone simulation of code generated by Autocode ??

If I understand the question correctly, isn't this due to the sample and hold nature of the autocode output? You Can emmulate this behavior in Simulation by turning AC timing and T-extended on.
