1-D Barcode Bounding Box

I am reading a 1-D barcode (see below) and need to use the barcode position to ensure it is printed in the correct location.  I have done the same thing with the Data matrix VI for 2D codes and it works fine.  With the 1D codes the X coordinate is right on, but the Y coordinate is way off.  Why?

The Y coordinate (for the top) is reported as 938 (roughly where the red arrow is pointing).  The top of the green ROI box is 1000.  Why is the Y-Axis so far off?
