After "Correct Calibrated Image" how i recover the pixel/mm value?

I want to work on Corrected image, so im using the Correct Calibrated Image function immediately afte acquiring image. (ofcoursse i did prespective calibration before).
(For calibration im using the NI Calibration Grid (dots page).)

It seems that after the correction im lossing all information about conversion from pixel to real word data (pixel/mm), am i wrong?

Once you have calibrated then y r u worrying abt the prev pixel data. I hope u r using a co-ordinate system for image calibration.Calculate the dot spacing along the x-axis and y-axis as accurately as possible.Once u have done this all the real time images will be calibrated accordingly. Now map this to ur real word dimension once and subsequently u shld get a proper o/p.

Hope it helps

Hi HaD,

In addition to muks reply I would suggest taking a look at some examples to make sure you are using things correctly.  I think the two that apply the most would be Simple Calibration Example.vi and Perspective Calibration Example.  You can find both of these by searching for their names in the example finder.

Also calibration with the proper working distance is very important. We even use a pile of white papers to syn the height.Post us a few images then we might suggest u a good way to do it!!!

Thanks for all replies.

What i did was to calculate the pixel/mm from the corrected image, by myself.
A simple way to do it is to relearn the template after correction..
