Average Location of Pixels

I have an image where every pixel is either 0 or 255.  How do I find the location of the average of the 255 pixels.  I am looking for an X and a Y coordinate.

IMAQ Centroid should do exactly what you need.

For any particular static location you can use an imaq mask/extract and apply the centroid mentioned above. Post an image if this doesnt solve your problem.
