Basler A503k support?

Does the NI 1429 (or any other NI card) support acquisition from the Basler A503k camera (1280x1024x8bit, 402fps). ni.com/camera says that the A504k and A501k/c are supported but the A503k is not listed. Is the A503k not listed because it is incompatible with the NI-1429? or is it not listed because no one has ever wanted to use it with NI hardware?

Chances are the A503k will work just fine, especially since it should conform to the Camera Link specification and it looks similar to the other two cameras. It probably has not been listed at ni.com/cameras because it hasn't been explicitly tested. Since its specs that you mentioned seem to generally fall between the A501k and the A504k, I think you'll be fine.

You may need to use the Camera File Generator to make some small modifications to one of those two camera files so that it better matches the A503k's capabilities, though.
