Bruce Ammons: What can be reasons for inadequate frame rate?

I have obtained full frame rate by reducing acquisition window size to about 342x242. However, we hope to get full acquisition window(684x484)at full frame rate. Would you please suggest me what can be reasons for inadequate frame rate?
For my Roper ES310T camera, if I set 30FPS, I can really obtain this rate. And I can get same rate if setting 60FPS. But I can only get about 65FPS if setting 125FPS even though I switch it to another frame grabber. Do you think there is something wrong with voltage level of frame grabber board?
Really appreciate your kind help!

Walton,

I am not sure why you aren't getting the full frame rate. One thing to try would be decreasing the exposure time.

I have attached my own version of the ICD file for the ES310T. I use this for one of my products. I added a section that maximizes the exposure for a given frame rate. If you are in MAX and you select "Max Exposure" for the camera mode, you should be able to get the full frame rate at 125 FPS.
