We're trying to debug a Camera Link interface, and we'd like to find an analyzer of some sort that allows us to inspect signals at the connector as well as de-serialized signals incoming from a Camera Link source.
While we have a Camera Link simulator, we don't have the inverse - an analyzer.
Does anyone know if there is such a thing?
It's maybe analogous to the GPIB Analyzer versions of the GPIB controllers that NI makes - a functioning interface / controller that's also able to act as an analyzer for debugging.
Thanks for any info.

Hi Menchar,
Unfortunately, I am unaware of anything that could do this for a CameraLink interface. You may try other forums and see if you have any luck there.

National Instruments unveiled a FlexRIO adapter module that you could do what you are suggesting.
Maybe that would work for your application?

Marti,
Actually I believe Daniel was referring to the upcoming NI 1483 adapter module that was announced at NI Week '09. The one you are referring to is a 3rd-party module which I do not have any experience with.
Unfortunately, the NI 1483 is not shipping yet. I do not know the status of the Adsys module.
