Camera to capture TV screen

What type of camara I have to choose to capture images of a Pal TV, for example without having interlace problems.
The objective is to capture the screen of the TV to make its verification.

At first it sounds easy, but it isn't. You have to select a camera with a high enough resolution to see the individual pixels of the TV, if this information is necessary. Double the resolution of the TV is probably a good starting point.

To avoid interlace problems, I would use a progressive scan camera and set the shutter time to match the cycle time of the TV. In the U.S., I would set the shutter to 1/30 of a second. In Europe, I would use 1/25 of a second.
