Can not connect to the camera.

Hi.
I am using basler GigE cameras,but meet with some problems, please help me.

1.The camera appears in MAX, and no red “x” symbol appears next to the camera name.
2.When I click the camera name,I get the error "IMAQ Error 0xBFF6902C - Unable to connect to the camera".

It works well in pylon Viewer,which software provided by basler.

My software and hardwares:
MAX 4.7
LabVIEW 2009
imaqdx 3.4
VAS 2009
camera:basler acA1300-30gm

NIC:Broadcom NetLink(TM) Gigabit Ethernet
