Can we find a description of .icd file and the interaction with hardware? Could Enable input lines be configured with low level fonction?

NI does not publish any materials that describe the contents of ICD files. You do have a couple of possibilities, though.

You can browse through existing ICD files. This gives you a good idea of the commands and how they can be used.

You can also contact NI support and ask for help creating an ICD file. Frequently they will write it for you.
