Since this card is a DAQ card and not an IMAQ card, you may want to restate your question on thier forum. However, they'll probably tell you the same thing as me...go to ni.com/ask and see if there is anything you can do there to get the board working. If there is nothing you can do, then you may have to send it in for repairs. The engineers at ni.com/ask can help you with that as well.
