Create imageControl property subvi

How to create a subvi for this? I pressed "Creat SubVI" in "Edit" but nothing happened.

You have to select the region of block diagram which you want to convert to Sub VI and then press Create SubVI in Edit Menu.

I clicked the property node Zoom X and clicked Create SubVI, nothing happened.

Can u give me an example of a subvi using an imagecontrol as input and output its zoomX?
