Creating a DLL using LabView that contains Imaq Vision VIs

I have build the DLL for a Vision VI in a Vision Development System.The target machine has a valid runtime vision license. But the DLL doesnot work in the target machine when called in a VI.
Is it possible to run this DLL with runtime vision license alone or any other support (VDM) is required?

What error did you notice? Is an issue calling the DLL or do you have a license issue?
