Detect object and save object's image

Hi,

I am trying to detect object and save image. However, the programming sometime can do as request and sometimes cannot. Do anyone know how to ensure this programming is stable? Attached is my programming. It using pixels to detect the object when it arrive at center.

The conveyer background is black in color..it is moving but required to save the image when the object pass the center of the camera as in attach's image..so how to implement the coding 'subtract pixel value = 0' or any idea...?

I fell you are trying to complicate the processing. What do you get if you are going to eliminate the zeros? replace it with what? Try the attached vi. Works for both the objects with the same threshold value.
