My lab is trying to use a Basler scout scA1600-14fm camera (1628x1236, 14fps) but whenever we try and change the video mode in MAX's acquistion attributes from the default setting (Mode O, 1628 x 1236, 4.14 fps) we get the following error 0xFFFF3CBO. This happens at every resolution option and fps with the exception of the lowest fps option of 1.81. Older cameras have worked with this setup at 15 fps and the same resolution on this computer, so it shouldnt be the network connection. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
Thanks for your time

My initial guess would be you are using Windows XP and need to patch the firewire drivers to increase the maximum data rate. There are numerous posts that discuss this. Probably search for "firewire patch" to find them.

Hey kmiller,
The issue you are seeing could be an issue with your computer's firewire port. Check out this Microsoft support page for more information on that patch.
