Hello,
I have a question regarding the exposure delay in the Acquire Image function within Vision Builder AI. I have a NI 1772 camera which is hooked to an external trigger switch and a strobe light. I want to confirm that the exposure delay really is just the time between the trigger pulse and the pulse to set off the light strobe/exposure time?
I placed a scope across the trigger and the output for the strobe and whenever I change the delay the signal output is shifted.
Cheers

Hi Rotate Image,
From Vision Builder Online Help:
Exposure Delay specifies the amount of time to delay the sensor exposure after receiving a trigger signal.
So you should see the shift corresponding to the delay you set for Exposure Delay. You can also set the Delay Unit which specifies the units for exposure delay.
