How can I acquire image from usb camera for a win 7 64 bit OS?

If my OS is 64 bit Win 7,how to register ImaqDirectShowExport.dll successful?

Or it couldn't happen for a 64 bit OS.

The Labview version is 8.0.

Can you use IMAQdx (part of Vision Acquisition) instead? It is fully supported by NI and is fully tested on all the various OSes we support, including Windows 7 x64.

I thought IMAQdx support USB camera only for Labview 2009 version.

The USB/DirectShow support was added back in Vision Acquisition 2009. This is independent of the version of LabVIEW used. However, I believe Vision Acquisition 2009 only supported back to LabVIEW 8.2 or so (I might be wrong, but I am certain it doesn't go as far back as 8.0).
