Hi,
I wanted to test the ThermoVision LabVIEW toolkit 3.3.10 together with a FLIR A645 in LabVIEW 2017 32-bit. The installation went fine and I can get the thermal image in NI MAX. However, I can't get the basic examples of the toolkit working. Apparently, something is wrong in the Thermovision CreateActiveXRefNum (see figure). Is there anything I'm not taken into account here?
Thanks!

Hello NielsNicolai
I hope everything is going well. Unfortunately, the compatibility with newer versions of LabVIEW is maintained by FLIR so, I would recommend contacting FLIR to determine if there are any updates available for the ThermoVision software
Regards

Hi David,
I just downloaded the "latest" version (2013) from their website.
From my understanding of the error message I'm getting, it is not related to the toolkit itself. It's more related to a reference that is not correctly passed on within labVIEW.
Cheers,
Niels

There are Thermovision example codes under LabVIEW example folder that you can look at. What do you want to do?

Hello NielssNicolai,
I am having a similar issue and I was hoping you would still remember what exactly your solution was in a little more detail. What "latest version" did you download? The toolkit? The SDK? or just the latest ActiveX version?
