How to detect badly coated PCB?

Hello. I'm currently working with PVA PCB coating mashine and it has Ni Vision Builder for Automated Inspection. Can someone help me make a program what would it check if PCB testing points are not coated?

Hello AnderLT

There are multiple ways at which you can arrive at the solution for your application. You can see the intensities inside the defined place(have an ROI) using IMAQ Light Meter(Rectangle).vi or you can threshold and see for differences. It isn't a complex algorithm to develop,so it should'nt take much time.  

Please attach the images taken using the machine vision camera in .bmp format for better understanding of how the PCB looks like.
