Dear engineers,
I am using a Hitachi camera (HV-F31Cl-S4) and NI-PCI-1428 to take images of grain kernels. I am using a black board as the background of the images (putting grain kernels on the black board). But the value of my images show that the background pixel value are not (0,0,0). I think something wrong with the white balance. I tried to use White Balancing Utility to do the white balance, but when i open it, it shows "Error-1074397056 with a possible reason: NI-IMAQ: The bits-per-component value is invalid." Could you please give some suggestions on how to deal with this problem? Greatly apprecriated!
