How to overlay a part of image with inclined retangle

I know IMAQ Overlay Retangle.vi can overlay a part of image with retangle ,but i want overlay it with inclined retangle (see as overlay.jpg), How can I solve this?

Just create rotated rectangle ROI, then overlay ROI insted of rectangle:

You can also use overlay multiple lines. and feed an array of points in the order you want them to be over layed.

Hi in a simular vein to this,

i am trying to insert a small jpeg [which can be converted] into a larger jepg image [as a temperature scale]

I seem to be having trouble with the conversion and its trying to get me to use an odd format as an input which confuses me.

Basically on the same pallatte as the overlay is overlay bmp, but i'm at a loss as to how to get it to read the data in, and set its possition.

Please help!!

the code above will work for the example i need it for, the image i'd like to inser tis attached.
