How to use Vision OCR function and how to use the instrument reading function

I want to get the reading of meter which haven' t communication interface such as GPIB or RS-232.So,I acquired a picture of reading first,how can I get data(such as String OR Num)using OCR or Vision Instrument reading module?

And how to use the NI OCR Training to create the .abc files?

I hope to get an example,thank you!
