How to use the Watershed Transform VI?

I want to use  Watershed Transform to separate the touching particles like the image,could you give me a example VI show me how to use it,thank you very much!

Try eroding the image.

But the problem is you have to erode and dilate the image seprately since you have black dots and white dots.

I erode  the image and use IMAQ Threshold get the binary image, after that I want to use Watershed Transform VI,but I don't know how to use it ,could you give me a example VI ?

I tried watershed in vision assistant but it didnt seperate the circles as expected. You can try the same from vision assistant.
