IMAQ 1411 board doesn't work with WindowsNT4.0

I properly installed NI IMAQ 1411 board and IMAQ driver version 2.5.1 on a computer that has WindowsNT 4.0 OS. MAX software (version 2.0.3.17) recognizes the board and the camera. But when I grab or snap a picture, I can just see white and black stripes on the channel window. Then I installed both IMAQ 1411 board and the driver on Windows98 computer. It works fine. I can grab and snap the picture. Why does NI IMAQ 1411 and IMAQ driver version 2.5.1 doesn't work with WindowsNT 4.0?

Irene,

The first thing that I would do is upgrade your NT to the latest service pack. Some of the older service packs have issues similar to this. If you still have problems after this then please contact NI Technical Support directly from the following page:
