I have a NI IMAQ PCI-1407 card with the b/w video camera connected to it. Trying to snap an image from NI MAX results in an error "can't lock on video source". Moreover, the card does not pass the "basic image digitizer register test" when diagnosed from MAX. I know that it is not a hardware problem since identical functional card gives the same error. Any clue about what is the reason for failure?
