IMAQDX Start Acquisition error

I have a system deployed with a Basler Racer developed in LV2011.

I have deployed 15 of these systems and one is getting an error on start:

-1074360271  Cant find this code in the database.  System is licensed and it appears that the system is opening the camera.  I dont have remote access to the system so it is hard to debug, I have to speculate on the cause of the camera not communicating.

Possibly a network setting?  This system was working and the camera was priviously plugged into the motherboards networs and the network plugged into the GigE port (since been corrected).

Anyone seen such behavior?

Error -1074360271

NI-IMAQdx: (Hex 0xBFF69031) The system did not receive a test packet from the camera. The packet size may be too large for the network configuration or a firewall may be enabled.

Typically, there are several soruces for this error.

- I would check the firewall settings. Also double check that the Firewall Traversal option is enabled. That might help.

- Also make sure that the jumbo frames are enabled on your network adapter.

Thanks.  Possibly the client changed these settings or windows changed the settings when the camera and network cables were switched when reconnecting the system.

Just want to warn you with something that made me mad a few weeks ago : when you change the network configuration of your GiGE ports it can change the computer ID that NI uses for software activation, which means you'll have to re-activate all NI Softwares.

We have two ears and one mouth so that we can listen twice as much as we speak.

If GigE - check that Jumbo Packet is enabled for the network adapter the camera is connected to. This is accessed from Win10 Device Manager>Network>Network adapter>Settings>Advanced >> scroll down to 'Jumbo Packets' and select 8K.

Also, if a new GigE camera - in MAX select the camera, then on the camera network settings pane - select 8K packet size.

Also: De-select the camera in MAX device tree - before opening the camera in LabVIEW - or would will get a Open/Acquire error.
