IP camera connection by Ethernet to USB2 or USB3 converter

I have connected an IP camera to MAX by IP camera adapter but I have a limitation of data transmission value to PC and video fps. Can I use an Ethernet /USB2 (USB3) or Ethernet/Gigabit Ethernet converter to solve bandwidth problem? The camera images are transferred to PC via a port coveter?

That depends on the standard your actual IP camera uses on it's ethernet port (10/100/1000). Do you have more information on the specific brand and model in question?
