Installing camera

I am having difficulty installing camera for IMAQ. THe IMAQ software is not recognizing the instal, even after repeated attempts at removing drivers. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I need more information to be able to help you. The IMAQ software never recognizes the camera, so there has to be some missing details.

Does the operating system (Windows or Mac??) recognize the IMAQ card after you install it in the computer?

Does MAX recognize the IMAQ board you are using?

Have you selected the correct camera within MAX?

Can you take a picture using MAX?
