Is there anyway to predict the output of the IMAQ Bisecting Line without first knowing the angles of the input segments?

Sometimes the resulting bisector is for the complement angle. I have tried reordering the line inputs and the points in the lines to no avail. Is this a bug? I am about to discard this function and re-write it
myself.
