Do you have Vision Acquisition installed? http://www.ni.com/nisearch/app/main/p/bot/no/ap/tech/lang/en/pg/1/sn/catnav:du,n8:13.79.7820,ssnav:n...

Can you see and use the camera in NI-MAX?

Hi,

please let me know how to switched from the pylon drivers to MAX. The Basler camera is visible in NI MAX, but the Labview program cannot detect it.

Thanks.

Look at the attached image in the post above yours which shows how to change the driver.

MAX indicates that I should change to NI-IMAQdx, but I don't get the option.

In the past I have used this camera in LabVIEW, but I'm not completely sure if it was on this computer, or my previous one.

I found another topic with the same issue I have (Windows 11 related).  This can be discarded.

Hi !

I do have exactly the same situation I think. I can see the Basler camera in the tree, but I have an error message when I click on it, and then, if I right-click on it, no item is active, so that I cannot choose any driver.

Did you fix the issue?
