NI GigE vision adapter driver installtion problem

Hi, everyone.

I tried to connect between basler camera and my laptop. and camera is connected by GigE interface.

So, I changed the driver of my lancard from Realtek to National Instruments GigE vision adapter.

But ther is an error in installation of driver. then the driver is not working.

'This device cannot be started with error 10'

Is there anyone know what is my problem?

Evironment : Windows7 Pro, MAX 5.5, NI-IMAQdx4.2

The NIC needs to be a Intel Pro/1000 chipset for it to work with the National Instruments GigE Vision Adapter. If it's not, then you can still use it except that you will be using the universal driver from NI-IMAQdx instead of the high performance driver.

While the high performance driver provides better CPU performance compared to the universal driver, it will only work on Gigabit Ethernet cards with the Intel Pro 1000 chipset. The universal driver can work on any Gigabit Ethernet card recognized by the operating system. CPU usage during acquisition will affect the CPU cycles available for image analysis. So, if your application requires in-line processing, it is better to invest in a Gigabit Ethernet card with the Intel Pro 1000 chipset. While your choice of driver affects the CPU usage, it does not limit the maximum bandwidth possible. Either driver will be able to achieve the maximum bandwidth of 125 MB/s.

I am not sure where you are based, but search for the EXPI9400PT Intel Pro/1000 chipset at your local online marketplace (like Amazon.com).

Also, if it's a Generic NIC, then be sure to enable Jumbo Frames. If not, then you will need to make an adjustment in MAX. Follow these instructions:
