OCR Inconsistent

Hi all,

    i am checking the texts displaying in a screen like dashboard, after train the texts in various locations the output is not coming consistently. the bounding boxes for characters are also not drawing for each characters, sometimes it groups some character as a single character. i have set the settings min char spacing , vertical char spacing etc ...are as a min value but i could not get the consistent output not even getting the decent result. what should i do to get the consisten OCR output.

Can the inconsistency be due to the non-uniform illumination? (I feel this to be the most likely thing). If so,can this be improved?Can you post a few images?

   But even if i check for the same device also it is giving wrong result at various times. i am not using any lightings because its like monitor so i think dont need any lightings and my setup is in closed circumstance so i dont think environment lighting also affect. i will try to post the images. In software side what should we do to get best answer, i mean in settings or in train or read......
