I'm using the above mentioned setup with a new PC beacause the old one's mainboard got destroyed. However, after installing all necessary software, drivers and plugins, the frame grabbing card is identified correctly in MAX, but every one of the four channels gives a "cannot detect recognizable video source" error message. The camera is connected via a BNC cable. I don't know how the old setup was configured because I've just been working in this lab for a few weeks and supposedly there's no one around who does know.
I know everything worked before (although the card could have been damaged or the jumper resetted or whatever) and I still have the old PC's hard disk but I don't know how to salvage the former hardware configuration.
I've tried setting the profile to CCIR and trying different camera profile (there's no watec profile, mind you) but to no avail.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
