Problem with Imaq 1411

I don't get using my PCI 1411. Everytime that I try to aquire any image. My computer give me a message error:
"there is not enough onboard memory to peform the requested operation". I have other PCI 1411 conected in my computer and it's ok with it. I use these boards for one year and I never had any problem with theirs.

Find the PCI-1411 in Measurement and Automation Explorer, and run the diagnostics on it. If any of these tests fails, the board is bad and needs to be repaired or replaced. If this is the case, go to ni.com/support and generate a service request number to initiate the RMA process.
