Problems to set up PCI-1407 on a Single Board Computer

I am trying to set up a PCI-1407 device (s/n D7a041) Rev. E in SBC (Single Board Computer) NOVA-7896R Rev. 2.2 made by ICP Electronics Inc.. I use the driver NI-Imaq 2.5.1 and the MAX 2. I don't get to display images from a B/N CCD camera. The Basic Image Digitizer Test fails when I run the MAX Diagnostic test on my PCI-1407 device.

In view of all this I have tried with another PCI-1407 (s/n BA2F18) and now the MAX Diagnostic test is OK, but when I try to display the images, the MAX give me the error " can´t lock on video source". Of course the camera and the connection are OK.

I have also tried with the drivers 2.2.1, 2.6 and MAX 3 ,in all these cases, I had the same errors.

Has somebody
had a similar problem?

A Board fails the diagnostic when it is not seated all the way in the PCI slot. Otherwise you might want to call technical support because it could be a bad board. The error "can't lock on video source" a lot of times happens when the camera loses power briefly. You may want to check the power supply for the camera. You also might want to try to install the board on another computer to see if that works (possibly a desktop computer).
