Problems with image sequence in IMAQ Vision Builder.

We are currently using IMAQ Vision Builder with a Dalsa camera CAD-D1 0128A camera with a frame rate of 838 frames per seconds as well as a PCI/PXI 1422 frame grabber board. We are currently trying to get an image sequence of 5000 images using the IMAQ Vision Builder image sequence function. The problem is the image browser at times only displays one image and at times displays all 5000 images. It seems as though the image sequence gets only one image instead of the 5000 we requested. This problem does not occur all the time but crops up every now and then. Anyone have the same problems? If so has anyone found out why?

I'm curious to know if this was happening before or it started to happen lately. You may want to make sure your computer is stable, like running a disk defragmenter, scandisk, check with AntiVirus your disk and so on. You may even try to reinstall Vision Builder. Which version of NI-IMAQ and IVB do you have? Does this happens in another computer as well? When you do the sequence the progress indicator does it finishes allocating the memory before you run the acquisition?

This has happened with a brand new, never used computer. We have tried reinstalling Vision Builder which did not solve the problem. Our version of NI-IMAQ is 2.5.5 and Vision Builder 6.1.
