Dear Sir,
We are working with NI 1409 card for image grabbing. We are facing a problem with the Measurement and Automation-Acuqisition paramters tool. Though it is showing its contents, but while we are trying to change any setting viz. auto exposure, acquisition window (which is 768/578 for the present camera), MAX is not working, showing error messege "Did not receive all expected video data within the timeout period". Please see the enclosed two pics, 1) error1.jpg which shows the working condition and 2) error2.jpg, which shows error condition with the error messege.
