Hello!
I have a 64 bits Coreco (Sapera) frame grabber connected to a camera, and I get this error when trying to run the acquisition software:
SAPERA Error
Error in CorAcqSetParms (Acq module)
Parameter out of range (crop width)
Do you know what can be causing the problem?
If anyone knows, help would be much appreciated!

Do you use any NI product?

Hey,
This error is becuase of your camera driver , so you should probably reinstall the camera driver,
so 1st close the program, and if you have the insight 3g cd , put the cd on browse it you will find a sapera folder, run the set up there choose repair , so it will reinstall the driver, restart the computer , and then rerun the program , the error should disappear,
make sure that you plug in the power to your camera and frame grabber cable 🙂
have fun

Hello,
I am also using 64 bits Coreco (Sapera) frame grabber with INSIGHT 3G software, and I receive a SAPERA error as follow:
sapmanager::setresourcename => sever index out of range e:devsaperaclassesbasicsapmanager.cpp(line 295) Also in the attachment.
I already reinstalled the drivers as discussed previously "set up there choose repair , so it will reinstall the driver, restart the computer , and then rerun the program , the error should disappear"
But problem still remains...
If anyone met similar problem I would be grateful for some hints.
Thanks

Hello Guys,
I have had similar problem, one reason for this is the connection between the devices , make sure that all the cords are plugged properly (i.e. till the end and no cords not connected to anything but still connected to your circut) !
another reason is the order you turn on the equipment , so if you have 3 devices for example and you only want to use one you should power on all the devices connected to your circut even though you are using one device,
Hope that my tips work,
Thanks
