Save image labview 2009 ethernet camera using url http

Good Day,

 I hope someone out there can help me with this problem or bug. I have recently upgraded from labview 8.2 to 2009 and I was using a subVI that will get and image from an ethernet camera and save it to the local memory on my fielpoint cFP-2120. After the upgrade, i still can run the SubVi but nothing is saved, I only get a jpg image with 0 byte. I am attaching the SubVi so anyone can try and reproduce the bug. Please help me soon as we are planning to deploy the system and leave it running in a very remote area.

Hello Talal,

Are you able to save the image on the desktop or display the image on the front panel?

If you do a snap in MAX, are you able to view the image on the test panel?

Good Day Andy, Thanks for your reply, We are using Netcam and i don't know if you can see other then NI product in MAX. And i was not able to display the image on the front panel. But like i said before, when i when back from 2009 to 8.2 labview it worked and i was able to display the image on the front panel and save it. Thank you

From what it seems, NetCam is an IP Camera, so are you connecting the camera to PC via crossover cable? Do you currently have Vision Acquisition Software installed for 2009?
