Hi, I am using IMAQdx to acquire 640x40 NTSC images from an Euresys Picolo card (DirectShow compatible). If I acquire the image with vision tool from Euresys (Multicam), the image is acquired in the correct format.
If I acquire the image with grab function from IMAQdx, I see an image of 384x288 pixels in format RGB32.
It is possible to adjust the image format acquisition from IMAQdx settings?
Thanks,
Claudio

You should be able to select from various video modes their driver reports. Try using MAX to configure the camera and see which video modes it lists as available. You can then save the settings and LabVIEW will use that by default.

Hi, I am now able to acquire the image with Labview. I have made the correct settings in DirectShow filter (using GraphEdit) and now I acquire NTSC video at 30 fps.
There is still a problem. In DirectShow filter i have set video resolution to 640x480, but when I acquire image with IMAQdx grab function, the video resolution on image display is 320x240. Do you have some suggestions?
Thanks,
Claudio

Have you gone into MAX and seen which video modes are listed as available?

Hello,
I am using too an Euresys Picolo Frame grabber.
I would like to know how you have done to select NTSC video format using GraphEdit.
Because in my case MAX do not take into account my changes and only accept PAL video format.
Could you explain me that?
Thanks,
Florent
