Some time camera (IEEE1394) getting disconnected

Hi All,

I am working with a two camera inspection systems. Some  time when I start the systems, Camera getting disconnected from the system! And in device Manager it is showing Yellew device (i.e. Driver not found)

Once I update the driver in MAX, Application starts again.

Hello Prakash,

• Does this problem occur when you start your system after windows is loaded (from reboot or previousely were shutdown) ?
• Do you use any Windows Optimization Tools (that fixes registry etc?)
• Do you keep updating your windows?

Hi Prakash,

My team also having the same problem like yours. Need your help and advice on what have you done to solved the issue, since we also try to upgrade the driver,it's ok for a while and then it will happen again.
