The IMAQ Vision Builder (Ver. 5) cannot recognize PCI 1428

I am using PCI-1428 and I tried to acquire the stillcolor image from IMAQ Vision Builder (version 5.0).
On MAX, I can snap or grab the images but IMAQ Vision Builder cannot. Also, on LabView 6i, any image acquizing function is working. Here is the error message at IMAQ Vision Builder:

Error- 1074397126 occured at IMAQ StillColor Attribute.vi (in IMAQ StillColor Setup.vi)
Possible reason:
NI-IMAQ:(Hex 0xBFF6003A) hardware not acceptable of supporting this function.

When Vision Builder 5 was released, the PCI-1428 wasn't around yet. In order to see the 1428 board, you will have to upgrade to Vision Builder 6, which was created after the 1428.
