Transfering inspection from pc host to cvs

Hi,

I think it's a simply question but :

 How transfert one inspection make on a computer with VBAI  to the CVS.

My probleme is to change my inspection (.vbai) to (.bin) and after transfert my inspection with FTP (fileZilla)

I have tried to transfert and open . bin from CVS to host Pc.  It's OK !!
