Here is the solution: ffdshow video encoder. LabVIEW actually pulls up and will use the whole ffdshow encoder for compression. The encoder allows for the selection of all ranges of codecs and specific encoding settings. It provides a whole extra level of video compression control, and it allows me to encode very fast, compressed, and very high quality video. I want to thank you for your help, and I hope others can reference this solution if they are in a similar situation.

Cole2K Media pack is a codec pack that includes a variety of useful codecs and the ffdshow video encoder (when in LV use the ffdshow encoder, not ffdshow codec). It can be found at http://www.cole2k.net/. I would suggest only installing the video codecs and not the other utilities--some video filters will interfere with Vision and IMAQ.
