Vision Asistant pattern match problem

Hey!

I use Labview 2009 with vision development module. I use vision asistant in labview. When I make patteren matching in vision asistant everything works fine. The pattern is found. But when I run it from Lavbview the pattern matching doesn't work or it finds the pattern on a slightly different location. Why is there a diference on the same picutre if I use vision asistant or if I run from labview?
