I'm running Windows 10, LabVIEW 2020.0.1 along with most recent NI-IMAQ, RIO, and FPGA drivers/modules. I have a PCIe-1473r framegrabber and a Basler acA2000-340kc camera.
We're using variations on the 10-Tap 8-Bit Camera with DRAM example. I have 4 similar set-ups. 3 of them work fine. I have one camera that no matter which set-up I move it to, I get the same error. At least one other camera works with all of the rigs, so I'm pretty sure the issue is with that camera, not cables, cards, computers, etc.
I attached a screenshot of the error. The big problem I'm having is that I can't even connect to the camera, so I can't check if something got messed up in its registers using Pylon. Of course, I suppose it's also possible that the camera is broken, but I'm not sure how to check that without being able to connect to it.

Also, unlike other cameras, this one doesn't power up (LED on the back doesn't come on) when I run the VI, so wondering if it's a problem with Power Over Cameralink (but again not sure how to test that possibility)
