acquisition firewire

Hello,

I have a pc with firewire port, can i use it to aquire image without using PCI8255.

What software (driver) should I buy, knowing that I have tne vision builder.

If you have firewire already, you don't need a pci8255 card.  You do need Vision Acquisition software, though.  Check and see if a license for it is included with vision builder.
